On the road together with GS Automotive
GS Automotive is the go-to, friendly garage in Helmond, where a small town feel and a friendly smile come first. Komma translated that spirit into a refreshed visual identity. Across the new premises and in the new marketing campaigns, the whole concept comes to life.
The Foundation
After several conversations about the new identity, the essence was clear: ‘On the Road Together’. We take you by the hand, step by step. Whether you’re buying your first car, coming back for maintenance, or simply looking for advice. In the brandmark we chose to retain the letters ‘GS’ from the old logo, this was a deliberate continuation of the trusted name. The typeface takes centre stage: the large yet friendly Bricolage Grotesque conveys a human touch, fitting for a garage with no surprises in the small print.
Signage
It does not stop at print and online. The new premises in Helmond are fully fitted with signage, so the fresh visual identity is immediately visible in the streets. The dark green colour underscores a sense of expertise. Balancing this is a lighter shade that brings accessibility to the fore. With the refreshed logo on the façade, clear typography and the distinctive colours, the promise ‘On the Road Together’ becomes tangible as soon as you approach the building.
Social Campagnes
On social media, the new identity is also used to show the authentic character of GS Automotive. Each campaign focuses on recognisability, and there is of course room for a laugh.
